Borders (Whiting, Kansas), born in Horton, Kansas, who passed away on December 13, 2019, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Keith Bowser and Mildred Bowser (Wenger); her former husband Donald Ray Borders, II; her husband Donnie; her children, Derek Weixelman (Samantha) of Onaga, KS, Ashlee Borders of Bartlesville, OK, Harlee Borders-Riney (Brett) of Manhattan, KS and Emilee Borders of Topeka, KS; her grandchildren, Cyrus, Lilee, Donovan, Keaton and Kamden; and her siblings, Bonnie Hochstetler (Steve) of Horton, KS, Jerry Bowser (Mary) of Whiting, KS and Rusty Bowser of Oregon.
