With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Esther L. Ideker of Whiting, Kansas, born in Netawaka, Kansas, who passed away on October 9, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Brandt and Elsie Stuenkel Brandt; her husband Charles Ideker; and her siblings, Harold, Richard Brandt and Marilyn Ross.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Erin Elaine Ideker of Olympia, WA and Curtis Charles Ideker (Annie) of Dallas, TX; her brother Les Brandt (Jan) of Holton, KS; her grandchildren, Kelsey, Keira, Kiana Chong, James Patrick, Henry Charles, Kathryn Joan, Margaret Ann and Joseph Sargent Ideker; her sister-in-law Marge Smith (Ron) of Austin, TX; and her nieces and nephews, Dawn Guju, Kevin, Chris Ross, Justin, Jason, Jordan Brandt, Roger, Mike, Mark Brown, Todd, Brandon Griffith, Angie, Chris Esquibel and Leslie Florence.
