It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delbert Keith Foye of Whiting, Kansas, born in Holton, Kansas, who passed away on December 4, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Foye and Phoebe "Peggy" Foye (Mohler); and his son James Foye. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Potterf; his children, Douglas Foye (Karen), Kelly Schulte (Brent) and Vicki White (William); and his sister Patti Schmitz (Mark). He is also survived by grandchildren, sixteen (16) great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID, Graveside Service will be 2:00 p. m. Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at Springhill Cemetery in Whiting.
