He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Ohlsen and Lucy Ohlsen (Richelson); his sons, Dean and Eric Ohlsen; and his siblings, Beulah Snavely, Lorraine Wenger, Irene Higby, Kathlene Wilber and Leonard Ohlsen.
He is survived by: his daughter Nancy Blum (Mark) of Whiting, KS; his daughters-in-law, Karen Ohlsen of Soldier, KS and Jenny Ohlsen of Whiting, KS; his grandchildren, Heath, Steven, Courtney and Jessica; and his great grandchildren, Eli and Macey.
