He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Penner (Voth) of Whitewater; his children, Bruce (Enid), Kenneth (Jeanne) of Whitewater, Mark (Shabnam) of Tajikistan and Carol Harris (Carlton) of San Diego; and his siblings, Irvin Penner (Marty) of Wichita, Marlin Penner (Jan) of Wichita, Alice Regehr of Newton and Gladys Regier (Bernie) of Wichita. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
