He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Epp of Whitewater; his children, Rob Epp (Jennifer) of Hutchinson, Tracy Harpool (Steve) of Valley Center, Tammy Epp of Valley Center and Terri Thiessen (Russell) of Whitewater; and his sister Ruth Fast (Dale) of Chicago, Ill. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
