He is survived by: his wife Carol Kay (Crowell) of Whitewater; his children, Jory of Wichita and Michelle McNutt (Jerry) of Sierra Vista, AZ; his grandchildren, Erica Buller of Woodbury, MN, Katrina Cannady of Woodbury, MN and Jerrod McNutt (Katie) of Augusta, KS; his great grandchild Zayla McNutt; and his brother Larry Buller (Betsy) of Hutchinson, KS..

Memorial Contributions in Lon's name may be made to Caring Hands Humane Society, Newton, Kansas, or to the Whitewater Community Church.
