She is survived by: her children, Randy McIntosh (Judy) of El Dorado, Raylene Wise (Darryl) of Clearwater, KS and Jerry McIntosh (Mary) of Hope Mills, NC; her grandchildren, Jennifer Knowles (Roger), Randall McIntosh Jr. (Sarah), Sonni Klufa (Derek) and Shelby Schauf (Kelly); and her siblings-in-law, Beverly Fader, Susan Povondra, Debora Harris and Verlin McIntosh.
