He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Wesley and Ida Laverne Kleckinger Taylor; his wife Virgie Ann Smith; his daughter Callie Ann Taylor; and his brother Dwight Wesley Taylor.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Dean Taylor (Shannon) of O'Fallon, MO and Angela Dawn Melson (Jimmy) of Bullhead City, AZ; his granddaughter Jessica Parker; and his siblings, Judith "Judy" Holliday and David Taylor (Terry). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
