David Wilton Waggoner Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2025, at the age of 77, David Wilton Waggoner of White Cloud, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Waggoner and Mary Jane Baker Waggoner. He is survived by: his wife Debby of White Cloud; his children, Shawn Waggoner (Kelly) of Eagle, Kevin Waggoner (Bobbi) of Hiawatha, Steven Waggoner (Sonya) of White Cloud and Staci Scott (Brad) of Hiawatha; his grandchild Brittain Waggoner; and his siblings, Dixie Rayburn (late Bill) of Worthington, Jerry Waggoner (Donna) of Troy, Peggy Shores (late Mike) of Kearney, Harold Waggoner (Gaynelle) of Franklin, Ronnie Waggoner (Tina) of Falls City and Sandy Waggoner of Wathena. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 9:00 AM and from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chapel Oaks Funeral Home (302 W Main St, Highland, KS 66035). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Eternal Life Chapel Oaks Funeral Home (302 W Main St, Highland, KS 66035).
