He is survived by: his wife Joyce Todd; his children, Jan Gustason (Richard), Danny Maddox (Brenda) of Marion, KS and Jeff Maddox (Kerry); his grandchildren, Malia Dennison (Jode) of Branson, MO, Kelly Sanderson (Jeff Johnson) of Abilene, KS, J. Kyle Maddox, Jordan Maddox, Todd Maddox, Allison Maddox of Overland Park, KS, Drew Maddox (Ashley) of Olathe, KS, Kandice Orr Ardmore (Phillip Weir) and Michael Gustason of Manhattan, KS.; his great grandchildren, Kylie, Casen, Corbin Sanderson, Avery, Carter Orr and Grayson Maddox; his sister Carole Ann Wurtz of Pueblo, CO; and his siblings-in-law, Rudy, Janet Todd of LaSalle, CO, Larry and Vonda Brown of Lakewood, CO.
