He is survived by: his parents, Philip Dodderidge and Dorothy Knittle Dodderidge of White City, KS.; his wife Carol; his son Philip (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Margaret, Nathaniel and Henry; his son Daniel (Vontwill); and his grandchildren, Jacob and Peyton.
