He was predeceased by: his parent Tommy Wommack; his sister Angela Wommack; and his grandparents, Norbert, Doris Hoelscher, Glenn and Dorothy Wommack.
He is survived by: his close friend Renee Thieme of Wetmore, KS; his stepfather Bruce; and his children, Kyler, Kamber and Kori Wommack. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
