He was predeceased by: his parents, Matilda Oxandale (Linnewah) and George Oxandale; his siblings, Reona Calvert, Bernice Boettcher, Velma Bunton, George, Herbert, Melvin, Frank, Harold, Leo and Warren Oxandale; and his great grandchildren, Lily and Joey.
He is survived by: his children, Sheri Dibbern (Paul) of Netawaka, KS and Rod Oxandale of Wetmore, KS; his grandchildren, Brent Oxandale (Stephanie), Dr. Brett Oxandale (Brooke) and Amber Dibbern; and his great grandchildren, Jase, Gavin, Emmy and Kyser.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mercer Funeral Home (1101 W 4th St, Holton, KS 66436). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at the Netawaka Cemetery.
