He is survived by: his wife Eleanor LaReta Cogswell; his children, Steve Havenstein (Sherry), Mark Havenstein (Pam) and Teresa Peverley (Guy); his grandchildren, Lindsay Bryant (Travis), Ashley Beam (Garin), Brad Havenstein, Dylan Havenstein (Taylor), Wyatt Peverley (Catherine), Brandi Peverley and Zack Havenstein; his great grandchildren, Dawsyn and Ellie; and his sibling Shirley Roudybush Auburn.
The family suggests memorial contributions to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital or Shriners Hospitals for Children, and those may be sent in care of Campanella-Evans Mortuary.
