With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Carolyn Fleming (Wellsville, Kansas), born in Sperry, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 3, 2020 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lewis Kibbe and Alma Kibbe (Moore); her spouse Carol Fleming; her son Matthew Allin; her grandson Lucas Soares (Emily); her daughter Janet Obert (Brad); her grandchildren, Mollie, Katie and Ryan; her sister Laura Mattocks; her stepchildren, Alyce Collins (Jay), Janet Fleming and John Fleming; her stepgrandchildren, Hannah, Heather, John, Jordan and Holly Fry (Jackson); and also, Jane and Leona.
