He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Glenn O'Neil and Phyllis Arlene O'Neil (Seyler). He is survived by: his wife Marcia O'Neil of Wellsville, KS; his daughters, Lori George (Russ) of Wellsville, KS and Lacey Davis (Travis) of Olathe, KS; his siblings, Rick O'Neil (Colleen) of Wellsville, KS and Janine Dwyer (Larry) of Wellsville, KS; and his grandchildren, Garrett George, William "Will" Davis, Lexi George, Haley George, Allie George and Clara Davis.
