He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Edward Oshel and Elsie Vernice Aletha Oshel (Hall); his wife Rosalie Fern Stark; his son Bryan Oshel; and his siblings, Dee McDaniel, Joe Oshel, Boyd Oshel and Pee Wee Oshel.
He is survived by: his sons, Robert "Chuck" Oshel (Christine), Gary Oshel (Melissa) and David Oshel (Kaye); and his siblings, Lauralee Miller, Lois Wynes, Sharon Jacoby and Keith Oshel. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
