Kirkland; his son Ray Owings of Olathe; his daughter-in-law Sonya Owings of Olathe; his son Darrin Owings of Baldwin City; his daughter-in-law Misty Owings of Baldwin City; his brother Jerald Owings of Wellsvile; his sister-in-law Judy Owings of Wellsvile; and his sister Ida Owings of Wellsville. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
