He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Wayne and Mary Frentrop (Wilsons); and his siblings, Jackie Kirby and Terry Wayne. He is survived by: his children, Rick Frentrop, Rochelle Carr (CJ) and Brian Pugh (Donna); his sisters, Debbie Sackrider and Tina Frentrop; his grandsons, Tony Russo (Jordyn), Matt Russo and Joey Russo; and his great grandchild Sterling Russo. He is also survived by other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
The military honors was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Leavenworth National Cemetery (150 Muncie Rd, Leavenworth, KS 66048).
