She was predeceased by: her parents, James Phares and Bettie Phares (Hilton); and her brother Monty Guy Phares. She is survived by: her children, James Phares of Wellsville, KS and Anita Crist (Dennis) of Wellsville, KS; her siblings, Leslie Taylor of Baldwin City, KS and Mike Phares; and her grandchildren, Jake, Jessica, Kelly, Michael and Jeff.
