He is survived by: his daughter Jodie Lynn Black (Jason); his grandsons, Jason and Joshua of Coos Bay, OR; his adoptive daughter Shuri Marie Hardin of Wellsville; his grandchildren, Karson Smith and Kaden LeDoux of Wellsville; and his brother William F. Coughenour of Wellsville.
