Sailer, Jr. (Pamela) and Kathy; her son-in-law Bob Polk; her grandchildren, Rachel (Adam), Tori (Jason), Hannah, Nick (Kelly), Charles and Cody; her great grandchildren, Garrett, Anna, Maisie, Marlee and Riylee; and her stepsister Dawn Lyons. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
