He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Wesley and Ada Mae Churchill (Engel); and his brother Wayne Churchill. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his daughter Natalie Churchill; his grandchildren, Cameron, Amara, Kaylee and Keion; his great grandchild Ariah; his sisters, Ralda Wylie (Dave) and Rachel Smith (Ralph); his sister-in-law Cindy Churchill; his niece Heather; his nephews, Ryan and Christopher; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Bethany, Leighney, Ethan, Tristan and Jacob.
