With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Louis Palmer (Wellsville, Kansas), born in Merriam, Kansas, who passed away on April 23, 2019 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Winfield and Frances Marie Palmer (Rice); his son Dale Palmer; and his brother Perry Palmer. He is survived by: his former wife Betty Lou Rose; his wife Marilyn A. Alexander; his sons, Richard Palmer (Janet Campbell) of Wellsville and Dennis Palmer (Cheryl) of Wellsville; his brother Carl Palmer of Olathe; and his grandchildren, Tara (David Miller), Megan (Daniel Miller), Danny (Anna Palmer) and Derek (Jocelyn Palmer). He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
