It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Fowler of Wellsville, Kansas, who passed away on April 27, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Cathcart and Anna Cathcart (Kemp); her husband William D. Fowler; and her grandson Matthew Rodina. She is survived by: her children, Doug, Ronald Fowler (Sondra) of Oberlin, Connie Rodina (Ernie) of Ottawa, Jon Fowler of Kansas City and Douglas Fowler of Lafayette, Indiana; and her brother Robert Cathcart (Martha) of Aiken. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
