He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Waverly, Mary Ann Rhoades and Dreda Selk. He is survived by: his parents, Wayne Rhoades and Jennifer Rhoades (Selk) of Wellsville; his wife Alisha Renea Landreth; his daughter Haylee Grace Rhoades; his sister Brandi; his brother-in-law Steve Stauffer of Wellsville; his brother Dustin; his sister-in-law Jennifer Rhoades of Gardner; his parents-in-law, Marty and Jennifer Landreth of Baldwin City; his grandparents, Jackie and David Landreth; his sisters-in-law, Laura Landreth (Ariel Frink) and Shelby Stahl of Baldwin City; his mother-in-law Shari Brown of Ottawa, KS; his niece Kaylee Stauffer; and his nephews, Jacob and Colby Rhoades. He is also survived by loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
The family respectfully asks that in lieu of floral gifts, memorial contributions may be made to the Jerad Rhoades Memorial Fund in care of Mid-America Bank.
