She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Henricks and Loise Henricks (Horne); and her brothers, Donald Worth, Jr., Donald Louis Henricks and Milburn "Mack" Henricks.
She is survived by: her husband Michael A. Pratt; her children, Tracy S. Clement (Douglas) of Rantoul, Mandy D. Pratt of Wellsville, Matthew S. Pratt of Wellsville and Michael L. Pratt of Wellsville; her brothers, Richard Henricks (Genia) of Ottawa and Alfred Henricks (Molly) of Lawrence; her sister-in-law Janice Henricks of Ottawa; and her grandchildren, Thomas Clement, Bryan Clement, Jered Clement, Elizabeth Jacoby, Meagan Hutchinson, Damien Pratt and Serena Frith. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
