He is survived by: his children, Jerry O'Neal (Ashley) of Topeka, KS, Keith O'Neal of Derby, KS and Rebecca Scott (Joe) of Ohio; his siblings, Pete O'Neal (Carol) of Conway Springs, KS, Diann Roth (Bill) of Conway Springs, KS, Janet Schaefer (Galen) of Meriden, KS, Jerry O'Neal (Karen) of Wichita, KS and Jacqueline Gates (Dan) of Hutchinson, KS; his grandson Tanner O'Neal of El Dorado, KS; and his siblings, Rylie O'Neal of Topeka, KS, Codi O'Neal of Topeka, KS, Cohen O'Neal of Salina, KS and Elena Scott of Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with the City of Wellington Animal Control or Wellington Humane Society.
