He was predeceased by: his wife Hazel; and his daughters, Barbara Perrin and Pat Pruitt. He is survived by: his son Wilbur W. Smith, Jr.; his wife Cindy of Wellington; and his daughters, Wanda Cathey (John) of Texas and Lynda Redd (Alan) of Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
The family will be present to greet friends from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M A memorial has been established with the Alzheimer's Association in lieu of flowers.
