He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Miller and Flossie Miller (Brewer); his brother Duane Miller; and his great grandchild Kennedy Hoyt. He is survived by: his wife Janet Miller of Wellington, Kansas; his children, William Parker of Tekoa, Washington, Robert Parker (Karen) of Raymondville, Missouri, Nancy Fischer (Andy) of Golden, Colorado, Julie Carey (Jeff McGuire) of Wellington, Kansas and Christoper Miller (Ann) of Inman; and his grandchildren, TJ Mensch, Staci Miller Ulrich, Jason Parker, Alexander Parker, Angela Collins, Amanda Ray, Stephen Hoyt, Tricia Halling, Matthew Hoyt, Parker Hoyt, Jeffrey McGuire, Rachel McGuire, Lily McGuire, Kristin Miller, Andy Miller and Anabelle Miller. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in his name with the Parkinson's Foundation.
