Ford (Gary) of Warsaw, MO and Martin Ray Rusk (Sylvia) of Wellington; his daughter Leighton Rae Rusk of Wellington; his siblings, Tyler Rusk of Wellington, Summer Rusk of Wellington and Trace Rusk of Wellington; and his grandmothers, Darlene McCartney of Wellington and Katheryn Ford of Wellington.
A memorial has been established in Trevor's name for the Ark City Fire Department. Contributions may be made through the funeral home or Panhandle Credit Union.
