She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Smith; her parents, Andrew Keithline and Ruth Keithline; and her siblings, Andrew Keithline, Jr., James Keithline, Hershel Berry Keithline, Frances Mary Palmer, Patricia Buehler-Simpson and Emma Lou Arensberg.
She is survived by: her children, Andrew W. Smith (Margaret) of Leawood, KS, Bradford L. "Bazie" Smith (Valerie) of Orange, CA, Cary P. Smith (Tara) of Bedford, TX, Danny P. Smith (Cassandra) of Wellington, KS and Evonna J. "Sissy" Nichols (Scott) of Wichita, KS; her grandchildren, Kyle Smith, Randon Harvey, Carley Smith, Morgan Arriola (Victor), Hayden Smith, Taylor Smith, Garrett Smith (Kelsey), Ross Nichols (Caroline), Elizabeth "Libby" Hoffman (Jason), Ashden Smith, McKlaine Nichols and Jackson Nichols; and her great grandchildren, Evelyn Hinton, Benjamin Smith, Ellis Arriola, Julian Arriola, Ryan Smith, Otto Nichols, Walker Nichols, Lawson Nichols, Sawyer Smith and Sullivan Smith.
Memorial contributions can be given in her name and loving memory to the Wellington Food Bank or St. Anthony St. Rose Catholic Church.
