He was predeceased by: his parents, Loue Farley and Donna Farley (Foley) of Wellington. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sue Farley; his sons, Erik S. Farley (Danielle Larson) of Derby and Corey J. Farley (Jinny); his grandchildren, Olivia of Wellington and Owen of Wellington; his son Shane T. Farley (Dakotah M. Davis) of Wellington; his siblings, Jim Farley (Sara "Sannie"), Margaret Farley, Mark Farley (Beth), Gary Farley, Kate (Jake Giefer), Laura (Todd Willoughby), Steve Farley (Lisa), Dennis Farley (Dotty), Diane (Sean Wicklund) and Darren Farley (Lori); and his mother-in-law Phyllis Ybarra of Wellington.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Washington Elementary Activity Fund.
