He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Heflin and Rosella Heflin (Mallonee); and his siblings, Vina Woodard, Nancy Brown, Doris Williams, Raymond Heflin and Rosemary Reed.
He is survived by: his son Roger Jr. Heflin (Sandra); his siblings, Ronald Heflin, Linda Haworth, Roberta Mayes and Ruth Heflin; and his grandchildren, Ashley Schilling, Rebecca Harder, Zachary Heflin, Megan Hollaman and Brian Mullins.
