He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis C. Montgomery and Fay E. Myers; his wife Patricia Montgomery; and his daughter Cecelia Irene Pepin. He is survived by: his children, Howard Montgomery of Des Moines, Iowa, Cyndee Jones of Summerdale, Alabama and Jeanette Seatvet (John) of Dodge City, Kansas; his brother Richard Montgomery of Winlock, Washington; and his sister-in-law Kathy Easterly (Ernie) of Wellington, Kansas. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
