He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred L. Ramey (Johnson) and Bill Ramey; and his parents-in-law, Nick and Blanche Quinalty. He is survived by: his wife Karen of Wellington, Kansas; his siblings, William E. Ramey, Jr. (Susan) of Pine, Colorado, Virginia Rayle (Ron) of Wellington, Kansas and Dorothy Kidder (Buck) of Gentry, Arkansas.; and his pet Zoey. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws, friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his name may be made to the American Red Cross, Avenue of Flags or the Bryce Day Memorial Foundation.
