He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Eldon and Helen Conklin; his uncle David Conklin; and his aunt Karen Chenoweth (Don). He is survived by: his parents, Mark Conklin and Lori Conklin; his siblings, Jonathan, Nathan (Karen) and Emily Conklin (Kris Martin); his nieces and nephews, Chloe, Jadon, Zane, Jeremiah, Alexis and Chanton; and his grandparents, Clark and Carolyn Rains.
