It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Lou Thomas (Wellington, Kansas), who passed away on February 12, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rolla Francis Whitley and Eva Catherine Whitley (Hooten); her husbands, Richard Dugan, Lavern Sharpsteen and James Thomas; and her siblings, Mary Ellen Ruddle, Marion Vail, Daryl and Jack Whitley.
She is survived by: her children, Michael (Marsha), Richard Dugan (Karen), Cathy Dugan and Sherry Lockhart (Jim); her sister Wanda Spainhour; her siblings-in-law, Ron Dugan, Roselan Roth, Rosetta Mullins and Nancy Sharpsteen-Browning; her grandchildren, Shannon Patterson (Lee), Maria Moyer (Rhett), Seth Dugan (Jennifer), Angie Arrieta, Hunnewell, Mitchell (Carly), Jeff Dugan (Susie) and Madilyn "Rese" Knickerbocker (Peter); and her great grandchildren, Brianna, Chance Olson, Hailee Moyer, Serenity Dugan, Bradley Wiens, Kaydence, Layne, Abygail Dugan, Rylee, Raegan, Rian, Randee Raschke, Tara, Tinley, Torie Patterson, Jamie Dugan, Selene Knickerbocker, Jude, Jameson Pierce, Eli, Georgia, Kelce Coleman, Stella, Bronson Malouf, Peighton, Ally, Kadence Westmoreland, Parker, Paisley and Preslie Lockhart.
A memorial has been established with theAvenue of Flags and the Wellington Humane Society in honor of Sammy and Buster P. Thomas, her beloved dogs.
