She is survived by: her father Corey Douglas; her sister Megin Bannister (Colby) of Wellington; her grandmother Bobbi Bradford of Wellington, Kansas; her great-grandparent Delores Smith of Wellington; her nephews, Trenton Dusty of Wellington, Kansas, Colton of Wellington, Kansas and Karstin Bannister of Wellington, Kansas; her aunts, Cindy Martin (Rick) of Wellington, Kansas and Carissa Fennell; her uncle Michael Smith of Pawnee, Oklahoma; and her cousins, Alex Smith, Lala, Andre and Jayla Fennell.
