She is survived by: her husband Royce Cook of Wichita; her son Bob Cook (Kay) of Wellington; her grandchild Chrissy Donelson; her stepgrandchild Carolyn Parson of Andover, KS; and her great grandchildren, Anakin, Rita, Lucas, Theren, Joey, Jeremiah and Jacob.
