He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin J. Teague and Nellie A. Teague (Kern); his nephew Lyndell Smith; and his brother-in-law J. E. Smith. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Teague of Wellington, Kansas; his children, Daniel Teague (Michelle) of Wellington, Kansas, Shannon Prickett of Wellington, Kansas and David Teague (Anna) of Stillwater, Oklahoma; and his sister Carlene Smith of Herrington. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; one great-granddaughter.
Memorials have been established in his name and loving memory to the Avenue of Flags or the Lupus Foundation of America.
