He was predeceased by: his father Max Crittenden; and his niece Alexis Crittenden. He is survived by: his mother Bernadine Crittenden of Wellington; and his siblings, Kurk Crittenden (Diane) of Wellington, Shawn Crittenden of Wellington and Carmen Hull of Wichita. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established with Wellington Community Foundation (WHS Laptop College Fund) in lieu of flowers.
