He is survived by: his wife Sharon Ruth Baier of Wellington, Kansas; his daughters, Tammy (David Brown), Stephanie (Luke Nichols) and Susie (Matt Cannon); his grandchildren, Ian (Brenna Nichols) of Ft. Smith, Arkansas, Jonah Nichols of Wichita, Kansas, Ty Cannon and Allison Cannon; and his siblings, David Hays of Salina, Kansas, Betty Blair of Stratford and Elvira Aikens of Wilsey, Kansas..
