She is survived by: her children, Martin of Norton, Charley (Sonny) of Glendale, Tina (Roger Olivas), Julie (Tim) and Samuel of Wellington; her siblings, Juanita (James) of Wichita, Kansas, Ralph (Sharon) of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Julia (Joe) of Parsons, Kansas, Angie (Pete) of Chanute, Tony (Valentina) of Alexandria, Virginia, Daniel of Parsons, Kansas, Maria (Bob) of Parsons, Kansas, Cecilia (Paul) of Overland Park and Charles of Parsons, Kansas; her grandchildren, Kelly Jo Barber (Steve) of Melbourne, Florida, Casey Olivas (Sarah) of Wichita, Kansas, Cy Olivas (Margarita) of Caldwell, Kansas, John Michael Shepherd of Wichita, Kansas, Rebecca Shepherd of Wichita, Kansas and Madison Meredith of Chicago, Illinois; and her great grandchildren, Steve, Owen Barber of Melbourne, Florida, CJ Olivas, Calitee Olivas and Lenny Jane Olivas. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and extended family.
Facemasks and social distancing are requested. Due to COVID-19 and associated church restrictions, a private Rosary and private Funeral Mass will be held at St. Anthony-St. Rose Catholic Church, Wellington, Kansas.
A memorial has been established in her name and loving memory with the American Diabetes Association.
