It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Justin Wayne Howard of Wellington, Kansas, born in Liberal, Kansas, who passed away on January 30, 2021, at the age of 41, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Patricia Howard and Gerald Howard of Ponca City, OK; his sister Kimberly Vermillion (Mark); his aunts and uncles, Sharon Schlegel, Linda Kirkwood, Sabrina Howard, Terresa, Bruce Howard, Ruthie and Larry Howard; and also Hannah Vermillion of Park City, KS.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks for donations to made in Justin's name to NIMH (National Institute of Mental Health) or the Humane Society, also in care of Miller Mortuary.
