He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Churchill and Jeanne Mitchell (Kincheloe); and his brother Jackson Mitchell. He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah Jeanne Mitchell of Wellington, Elizabeth Belle Mitchell of Kansas City, Grace Kincheloe Mitchell of Wellington, Kansas and Cathy Mitchell of Wichita, Kansas; his niece Juliann Maurer of Jacksonville, Florida; his nephews, Jay Jack Mitchell of Lawrence, Kansas and Jordan Mitchell of Lawrence; and his stepmother Peggy Mitchell of Sun City, Arizona.. He is also survived by his three daughters.
