He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Sue Hamilton Potucek. He is survived by: his father Jack Potucek of Wellington, KS; his sister Jessica Royer; his niece Dianna Royer of Lees Summit, MO; his aunts, JoLe Hudson (Jim) of Halstead, KS and Jeanne Potucek; and his uncle Dr. Jess M. Hamilton (LeeAnn) of Lake Lotawana, MO. He is also survived by many cousins and extended family.
