He is survived by: his daughter Kristen Kotchavar (Bob Sexton) of Wellington, Kansas; his grandchildren, Ariel Ferguson, Derick Kotchavar and Colten Ferguson; his siblings, Shirley Fox (Clifford) of Wellington, Kansas, Sherry Dejarnett (John) of Grove, Oklahoma and Richard Kotchavar of Joplin, Missouri; and his nieces and nephews, Tim McCombs, Travis Fox, Brian Kotchavar, Clint Kotchavar, Derek Kotchavar (Stephanie), Michelle Cornett and Paula Dejarnett.
