He was predeceased by: his parents, Booker T., Sr. of Washington and Lola (Davis) of Washington; his wife Ruth M. Carr; his son Michael; and his siblings, Booker T., Matthew of Washington and Goldie Preston.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Jett; his children, Lawrence Henry, Sr. of Wellington, KS, Darcy Nell Griffin (Roosevelt) of Wellington, KS, Ruth Annette Hardgraves of Wichita, KS, John Henry, Jr. of Puerto Morelos, Mexico, Silvia Ann Adkins (Michael) of Wellington, KS and Eric Lamont (Pam) of Hoxie, KS; his sister Erma Dean McClure of Wellington, KS; and his daughter-in-law Priscilla of Wellington, KS. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
